Cancellation Policy
**MAD LUXE | CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY**
All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and accommodate other clients, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- **48+ hours' notice:** No fee.
- **24–48 hours' notice:** 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
- **Less than 24 hours' notice:** 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
- **No-shows:** 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
By booking an appointment with Mad Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to your payment method on file.
